“The Perfect Stress Reboot”

Have you ever had to restart your PC after the hard drive froze?  You hit ‘Control+Alt+Delete’ to reboot the operating system and get everything running smoothly again.  Your human computer (Nerve System) needs a periodic rebooting too.

It’s true – because your nervous system controls everything, the best way to control and tolerate stress is to keep it functioning at 100%.  Keep on track with your adjustments and keep stress from robbing you of your health.  It is a great thing to feel really good about your day as you head into it.  If you know a day is going to be tough, at least you can handle it better because you are being adjusted!
