EXERCISE WORKSHOP

EXERCISE WORKSHOP  – THURSDAY APRIL 26TH, 2012

Why do we keep running workshops?

We do them for YOU because we know that getting adjusted is important for your health and well-being, but it is also important to eat right, exercise and keep stress levels down. Working on all of these areas will allow you to receive the best possible adjustment and healing!

Who are these workshops for?

These workshops are for YOU.   We want to help you in every way we can!  Many people find it hard to change and don’t know where to start when they decide to become healthy.  We hold these Workshops every year as you opportunity to do just that…. START SOMEWHERE! …. START FRESH!

Who is Nancy Cook?

Nancy is the expert we have recruited to speak about exercise.  Nancy is the proud owner of Go Figure! Family Fun and Fitness, which opened in 2006. Go Figure! was the first facility in Canada to receive national recognition for their compliance with the Canadian Fitness Safety Standards. Making national headlines in Canadian Fitness Trade magazine as well as in local media.

Nancy dedicates much of her free time to advocate healthy living. To help spread the word Nancy joined various committees who also advocate similar messages such as the Barrie Springwater Good for Life Committee, Active Barrie Coalition and Active Transportation. In partnership with these committees Nancy puts on events for the families in Barrie to have an opportunity to participate in fun physical activities. Her love of children radiates as she gets down and partakes in the activities with the children, grass stains and all. Nancy has truly embraced her community.

Nancy Cook was nominated as Barrie Best Personal Trainer in 2006 – Barrie’s Advance Reader’s Choice awards.
